This field is related to honeypot spam protection, which comes with Fatstash. It should not be visible. If you see this field at the top of your form, try the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Make sure WordPress and Fatstash are fully up to date.
2. Go to your fatstash → Styles page and click the Update button to refresh the styling.
3. If you have a plugin or theme that minifies CSS, try turning off the minification temporarily.
4. Clear all caching mechanisms on your site (plugins, hosting caches, etc.) and revisit your form.
5. Clear your browser's cache.
6. Add the following to your fatstash → Global Settings → Custom CSS box:

   .frm_forms input[type=text].frm_verify{
       display:none !important;
   }
